Getting started
How do I list something?
Change to Hosting, open Listings and choose New listing. Say what it is (kit, a space, a vehicle or a project), add pictures and a price, and publish it.
How do I prove who I am?
Open your profile and choose Prove it is you. Our partner Didit checks a passport or a driving licence, which takes about two minutes. We are told the result and never see the document.
Booking and money
How does paying work?
When you ask to book, the money is held on your card and not taken. If the owner says yes it is taken and kept safe by our payments partner, Stripe. When the job is done it is sent to the owner. If the owner says no, or you change your mind first, the hold on your card is let go.
What is the fee?
The fee comes out of what the owner or the crew member earns. It is not added on top of the price the person hiring pays.
Can I cancel a confirmed booking?
Yes. Open the booking and choose Cancel booking, and the money goes back to the card in full. Once the job has started, only the owner can cancel it.
Hosting
How do I get my first booking?
Add five or more clear pictures, say exactly what is included, set a price near what similar listings ask, and answer requests quickly. People compare listings side by side, and those four things are what they compare.
Can I add people to my team?
You can invite people from Menu, then Team. For now an invitation only records who is on your team. It does not give them access to your listings or bookings.
When something is wrong
What if I forgot my password?
On the sign-in page, type your email, then choose I forgot it. We email you a six digit code, and you choose a new password in the same place.
What if something looks broken?
Email hello@kreatex.io with a screenshot and what you were doing. We aim to reply within one working day.
